This Athletic Complex will:
- Equip students with facilities that match their God-given potential
- Provide families with gathering spaces that foster community and connection
- Open doors for the community to step onto our campus through events, leagues, and partnerships
This project is a ministry initiative with regional impact, flowing from the heart of Christ’s Church to bless families and the broader community. It will bless our students, strengthen families, equip our church, and serve as a gathering place that reflects the love of Christ to North Florida and beyond.

Financial Foundation
Christ’s Church operates with conservative financial practices and clear debt limitations. Our Elders have set boundaries that prevent us from taking on additional debt for this project. This ensures that every dollar invested is stewarded wisely, and the project only advances as resources are provided.
Restricted Funding
Every commitment designated for the Athletic Complex is secured in a restricted fund—used solely for this project and never for church or school operations. The speed of giving will determine the speed of building.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our goal is for the Athletic Complex to be ready by the start of the Fall 2026 school year. This target depends on fundraising progress. The faster commitments are received, the faster we can advance construction.
Several factors have contributed, however, the change in scope has been the primary driver. In order to meet the needs of our growing programs, we’ve expanded from a minimal facility footprint to an Athletic Complex that can serve families, the Academy, and the broader ministry with excellence. Other factors that have impacted the timeline and costs are:
The full build is currently estimated at $14 million.
Roughly $4 million has already been invested, including proceeds from the sale of the former Livingston Road property, plus contributions from Christ’s Church Ministries and the school budget.
Gifts designated for the Athletic Complex are placed in a restricted fund used exclusively for this project. They do not go into church or school operating budgets
Yes. Gifts are tax-deductible under Christ’s Church Ministries 501 (c) (3) status. In some cases (e.g., sponsorships or naming opportunities), a portion may not be deductible — documentation will be provided.
Yes. Families and organizations can explore naming opportunities for buildings, fields, stadiums, and more. Legacy Giving Pledges that are greater than $500,000 can be initiated with one third down and fulfilled outright, or over
12, 24 or 36 months. Learn more here.
The Athletic Complex will serve CCA students and athletes, Christ’s Church ministries, and the broader community: Hosting youth leagues and adult recreation programs, Serving partner organizations, Providing space for church-wide gatherings, outreach, and ministry events.
